We customize each and every one of our parties/functions to your wants and needs. Please take a look at the menu options and decide what you want. We will then be able to give you a per person cost. If you want something you do not see listed and if we can make it for you, we will.

Pick and choose from as many options you would like from any of the following breakdown of choices:

Basic Appetizers Options:

Buffalo Wings, Potato Skins, Popcorn Chicken Bites, Spicy Chicken Fries, Popcorn Shrimp, Mozzarella Sticks, Mini Spring Rolls, Jalapeno Poppers, Fried Chicken Tenders, Mussels (White Wine & Garlic or Marinara), Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites, & Calamari (choice of sauce)

Upgraded Appetizers Options:

Coconut Chicken, Sesame Chicken Skewers, Coconut Shrimp, Blackened Steak Bites, Chicken Eggs Rolls, Blackened Tuna Bites, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Lemon Pepper Salmon Bites, Baked Stuffed Clams (seafood, casino, or oreganto), Sliders, & Mini Crab Cakes

Additional Appetizer Options:

Raw Bar (peel & eat shrimp and clams on the half shell)

Pizza:

Brick Oven Pizza with options of toppings (507 only) Bar Pies (Boathouse only)

Chicken Francaise, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Scampi, Chicken Stir Fry, Sliced Turkey Breast with gravy, Penne Pasta with Vodka Sauce or Pesto Sauce (can add chicken), Baked Ziti, Stuffed Shells, Pasta Primavera, Tri Colored Tortellini with choice of sauce, Eggplant Parmesan, Eggplant Rollatini, Roasted Pork Loin with gravy, Sausage & Peppers

Boathouse Special Package:

Wings, Blackened Steak Bites & Unlimited Bar Pies ($12.95 per person)

Dessert Options:

We offer a fresh fruit platter for a dessert choice and you are also more then welcome to bring your desserts (cakes, cookies, pastries).

Open Bar Packages:

Bronze: Domestic Beer (draft & bottle), Imported Beer (draft & bottle), & House Wine (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, White Zinfandel, Cabernet and Merlot)

Silver: Includes all items in Bronze Package plus all well liquor drinks & select call liquors (Absolut, Captain Morgan, Tangueray, Bacardi, Jack Daniels, Cruzan Rums, Smirnoff Flavors, Southern Comfort, Cuervo, & select cordials)

Gold: Includes all items in Bronze & Silver Package plus more select call liquors (Grey Goose, Three Olives, Ketel One, & select cordials)

Shots & Red Bull are not included in any package.

There is also a cash bar or running a tab option in place of any bar package.

Room Options:

The Boathouse features two bars and three separate dining rooms for your use. There is also a small area that can be closed off and accommodate small parties or meetings of up to eight people. Most of our parties at the Boathouse make use of what we call the "lower" bar area and/or the "upper" dining room. When weather permits, there is an outside dining area that you may choose to use. Party sizes at the Boathouse range from 10 to 100 people.

Music Options:

We do have satellite music at both the Boathouse & 507 Main. If you are looking to bring your own deejay or entertainment in with you please let us know so we can provide proper set-up instruction. We can also recommend several different types of entertainment that we use for our nightly bands/deejays. You may also bring in your own IPOD and hook it up.

Head Counts:

We do ask for an approximate head count when you book your party to help place you in the right area and a more exact one no later than a week before our party or function. We reserve the right the charge for people included in head count but didn�t show for your party.

Decorations:

You can decorate the room however you would like or leave it like it is. We do not put tablecloths on the tables, just on the buffet table. If you would like linens on the tables, there is an extra fee involved. Feel free to bring centerpieces, flowers, etc if you would like to dress up the room for your gathering.

A $150 deposit is required to hold the date for your party.

NJ Sales Tax (7%) & Gratuity (20%) will be added to all private parties at the conclusion of your function.
